If you choose to just buy from the store as you need, that is perfectly fine.  However, please keep a few things in mind.

 

We have a general rotation of 4-5 different microgreens at all times to be able to fulfill customer needs.  With that said, there could still be a 7-10 day wait time depending on what is ordered.  After all some items take a bit longer to grow.

 

All microgreens are grown to order. Once an order is placed we cannot issue any refunds.  This is to ensure that there is no waste of any microgreens and we can maintain our stock to guarantee freshness and quality.

All of our microgreens are harvested the night before delivery.  That way you are guaranteed to get the freshest microgreens!

 

If you subscribe to one of our delivery services and would like to cancel your service, simply send us an email BEFORE your next delivery date and we will cancel your service before the next auto-renewal. That delivery date will be your final fulfillment.

 

 

If you are ordering multiple items and one has a longer grow time, your delivery of all items will end up being on the next delivery date after the optimum harvest date.  This is to ensure you receive the freshest produce possible.

We will send out a delivery reminder the day before scheduled delivery.  If you will not be home or prefer our contactless delivery, we ask that you place a large cooler or a large insulated grocery bag with ice packs (or ice) in them in a shaded area near your front door by 8am on delivery day.  This allows us to quietly drop off your fresh Microgreens while limiting personal contact.

For safety reasons, our drivers will not enter any yards that are fenced off and/or gates are closed.  If the gate is closed the driver will honk the car horn to signal he is outside.  If no one comes outside he will make an attempt to call you with the phone number listed on your account.

If your subdivision has a Gate guard, please advise them of our scheduled delivery.  If you have a gate code to enter your property please send us an email with the access code.
